Geoffrey: “When I was 10 years old I lost my father, quite traumatically. My brothers and I grew up very close from that moment on. With two older brothers, whom I looked up to. With my mother as leader of the pact. We have ended up in all kinds of situations as a trinity and have been very vigilant for each other. Because I know that it can be over in a moment, I have started to put my whole life into perspective. Friendships are therefore super important to me and I cherish that enormously. That is why it is also an enormous source of inspiration. All situations of the BROs and the DUDES COLLECTION are therefore taken straight from life. It is the literal or friendship-inspired translation from my life. I am inspired by all kinds of events that I experience up close or from a distance. I continuously observe and save the situations to incorporate them later in my paintings”.
Over the years, the BRO’s or DUDES have become very recognizable as signatures for WINE’s paintings.

UNIQUE STYLE
By always making paintings in Wine-style, with spray cans, palette knives, acrylic paint and the speed with which the works of art are produced, Wine has developed a unique and recognizable own style.
