Wonderful painting

Loes’ creativity is flowing

The Kanjer Wens Day of Loes starts with a pleasant ride in the limousine. She wonders what this day will bring her. It is fun and also a bit exciting to be surprised.

Artwork in wine art gallery in Roosendaal

Geoffrey, from Geoffrey Wine – Wine Art Gallery in Roosendaal, provided a warm welcome. He showed how he works when making a work of art and that work of art is Loes’ first gift this day. Loes and Lieke learned to color outside the lines and both made a painting. Dad Fred and mom Anita also started working together with paint and spray cans. With a little help from Geoffrey, the result turned out really beautiful.

Extra surprise

The Outlets
At Amsterdam The Style Outlets, Loes was received very nicely and accompanied to the ONLY store. Here Loes and Lieke were surprised by Esther and Monique with two goodie bags from various stores in the outlet center. Monique looked at what they liked with Loes and Lieke and they were both allowed to choose a three-piece set of clothing. They have selected a lot of suitable and beautiful clothes and mom Anita was also spoiled with a nice blouse.

Lunch at Brasserie Het Gemaal
It was time for lunch at Brasserie het Gemaal. The reception by Monique was most cordial and the soup and the various sandwiches were delicious. Nice to be able to recover from all the impressions that morning.

Mood board of Loes’ room
With his belly full, Loes went to vtwonen stylist Eva from Even eleven • interior design. She was on the lookout and Loes couldn’t believe she saw Eva standing there. Eva had photos and a map of Loes’ room and together they made a mood board. Loes chose the color palette that she liked and they started working with clippings from the vtwonen magazines. Loes received a nice goodie bag and a vtwonen box DPG Media Nederland and a special insight into the preparations for the vtwonen episode for the coming Sunday. That was really cool. While making the mood board, the incredibly beautiful bouquet of cupcakes, made by Miranda from KEI LEUQ, was enjoyed. It was a true work of art and tasted very good.

Stranger in our midst
Sister Lieke and papa Fred are very fond of ‘ugly ducks’ and saw the Limousine Duck “Extended” on arrival at Eva. They got into the duck with great enthusiasm and were taken by driver Marijke to the showroom of Ducktrail – Avontuur during a Duck Rally. Here were a lot of different special ducks. Afterwards they drove another round through the Zaanse Schans.

With a mood board to IKEA Amsterdam
At IKEA, Billy was ready to tell Loes what she could do at Ikea. Loes received an impressive budget to find something for her bedroom. With her mood board at hand, she went looking and chose a very nice bed with a nice mattress, perfectly matching her color palette. A beautiful plant and photo frames completed the picture.

Itadakimasu at Kookeshi
After all that shopping it was time to grab a bite to eat. Delja and Coco from Kookeshi were already waiting outside. They provided a sushi making workshop together. The location and the beautifully set table were beautiful. Delja carefully explained the best way to roll the sushi and even taught Loes a word in Japanese, hai = yes and itadakimasu = tasty food. Of course, the homemade sushi dishes were enjoyed afterwards. Loes was sent the recipe, so that she could also make the perfect sushi at home with her friends. That was a really nice ending.
On the way back home Loes got an Axolotl hug, which made her laugh very hard. Lieke received a Douglas Advent calendar and couldn’t wait to open it.
On arrival at home, Loes was finally presented with the Kanjer Wens Bead.
